What is your Return Policy for items purchased on your Website?
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Natural Products Shopping, AvalonOrganics.com or AlbaBotanica.com. In the event, that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the item, or provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.
To replace or return an item, your may either phone our customer support staff at 877-263-9456, or send an e-mail message to our customer support staff at orders@naturalproductsshopping.com. Subject: Return Authorization. Please include your name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to replace or return.
The following business day we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number, and instructions on replacing or returning your item. We request that items be returned via insured US mail or shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx Ground).
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we invite you to return the item to the retail outlet where it was purchased for a replacement or a refund.
If it is your preference to work with Avalon to resolve this issue, please mail the product to the address provided below within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping, handling and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns.
